Returns & refunds
We understand that it is difficult to envisage what your jewellery will look like from an image on screen & we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Debbie Graham Jewellery & this is why we offer a no quibble refund or exchange on all jewellery with the exception of earrings & bespoke pieces.
Just inform us via email within 7 days: mail@debbiegrahamjewellery.com Letting us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange & post it back to us here.

Once we receive everything back, we will issue your refund (same way as was paid) If you prefer an exchange, we will send it once free of chage, any subsequent exchanges will have postage charged at £3.95
You will be liable for any return postage costs. We cannot issue you with a refund if we do not receive the item back, so we recommend you use a trackable means of postage, such as recorded delivery
Any returned items must be unworn, in a re-saleable condition & be in their original packaging.
Any items we deem to have been worn (not just tried on) will not be refunded & will be posted back to you.
UK Postage & packaging are free of charge on all orders over £100.00. For orders below £100.00 UK postage & packaging is charged at £3.95
We use a trackable system for postage which will require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will usually leave a calling card informing you of an attempted delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange collection of your order. Any orders that are not collected by yourself will be returned to us here at Debbie Graham Jewellery & you will then be asked to pay postage of £3.95 to have your order resent
