Returns & refunds
If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations then just return it to us, within 5 days, unused, in re-saleable condtion, in its original undamaged packaging & we will issue a refund or exchange (same way as paid for) as you prefer
We are sorry but for health and hygiene reason, earrings are non returnable or refundable.
You will be liable for the return postage costs yourself.
We can only process returns for items which are received at back here with us. We recommend that you send the items back to us via a trackable means.
Please note that we do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returns postage except where the return is the result of our own error or there is a fault
Bespoke items, or items which have been tailored to your individual requirements, cannot be returned unless faulty.
I do not offer refunds on bespoke tiaras or jewellery made to your colour choice, refunds can only be made on tiaras or other items ordered in the colourway shown onsite. Care must be taken when choosing your colours. If you are unsure, please ask for sample colour beads to be sent to you.
You can order upto 5 beads in your colour choice for £1.50, which is redeemable against future orders
